SteadyBooked

Data deletion

Matt Pryor LLC d/b/a SteadyBooked runs Facebook and Instagram lead ads for local service businesses. This page explains how to have us delete the information you shared through one of those ads.

What we hold

If you filled out a lead form on an ad we manage, our lead tracker may hold:

  • your name, phone number and email address;
  • your answers to the form's questions;
  • which ad and form you responded to, and when;
  • notes about our follow-up, such as calls, appointments and outcomes.

We use this only to follow up on your request for the business you contacted, and to measure that business's own advertising.

How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the phone number and/or email address you used on the form, and the name of the business if you know it, so we can find your record.
  3. We'll confirm we received it, may ask one question to verify it's you, and delete your record within 30 days. We'll email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

We delete your lead record and its follow-up notes from our lead tracker, stop any further calls, texts or emails, and stop sending anything about you to Meta. We'll also ask the business you contacted to delete the copy in their own systems. We may keep the minimum needed to honor a request not to be contacted again, or anything the law requires us to keep.

Information you shared directly with Facebook or Instagram is held by Meta. To manage it, see Meta's Privacy Policy.

Stop sharing with Meta for ad measurement

When your inquiry moves forward (for example, an appointment is booked, or it turns out not to be a fit), we may send Meta your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form along with that outcome, so Meta can measure how the business's ads perform. To opt out, email [email protected] with the phone number and/or email you used. We'll stop including your information from then on and confirm by email. Opting out applies to future updates; anything already sent to Meta is handled under Meta's own policies. Deleting your information (above) also stops it.

Businesses we work with

If you're a business that granted SteadyBooked access to your Facebook Page or ad account, you can remove that access at any time in Meta Business Settings (Partners, Leads Access and Connected apps). Email us and we'll also delete the lead and advertising data we stored for your account.
